H2S Alive Blended Renewal

H2S Alive - Blended Renewal

(Energy Safety Canada)

Overview

This course is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills required to safely work in environments where hydrogen sulphide gas (H2S) may be present. H2S is a highly toxic and flammable gas commonly encountered in various industries, including oil and gas, mining, wastewater treatment, and agriculture. This comprehensive training will cover various topics that will provide participants with an understanding of the hazards associated with H2S and teach them how to prepare and respond effectively.

Upon successful completion of the online theory exam with a minimum score of 70%, students will then be eligible to complete the skills assessment at our facility (assessment fees will apply).

Successful completion of the skills assessment will result in a Certificate of Completion that is valid for three years. Should a student be unsuccessful in either the online theory or skills assessment on the first attempt, they will be required to register for the one-day H2S Alive classroom course (registration fees will apply).

Only students with a current (not expired) H2S Alive certificate may register for the H2S Alive Blended Renewal. Registration does not extend the current certificate’s expiry date.

Contact us directly at 825-734-9966 or training@wynnsafety.com for your access code to complete the online portion, and to book in for your practical assessment.
