Overview

This course will provide you with the skills to administer emergeny care to an injured person. In this comprehensive two-day course students will learn first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills to assist those in an emergency. This course meets legislative requirements for provincial and territorial workplace and insurance boards and is complied from the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

  • Sudden medical emergencies
  • Environmental emergencies
  • Poisons (including opioid poisoning)

Upon Completion

Upon successful completion of this two-day course and examination achieving 75% or higher, students will receive a certificate of completion that is valid for three years

Student Information

  • Participants must understand and successfully demonstrate all required skills
  • 100% attendance and participation is required
  • Students must be on time and present for all course content and instruction, students who miss any course content cannot be certified and registration fees will not be reimbursed as per our Cancelation Policy
  • Course duration may run longer than the scheduled time
